I'm a qualified women's wellness coach, nutritional coach, personal trainer & performance mindset coach based in London, Highgate NW5.

My approach is simple, I view the body inside-out with an holistic perspective. I love helping people and simply want to impart what knowledge I have gained, enabling others to maximise their health & wellbeing. I love learning about the body & mind and am continually developing my knowledge.
